I understand to participate in the Bowl-a-thon I/We must Raise or Donate the required fundraising needed. The fundraising amount is to be payable by cash or cheque made out to The Children's Hospital Foundation of Manitoba.
I/We understand to submit a team or to enter as an individual I/We will pay the required lane fees by cash, cheque or card to the Carman 5 Pin Bowl. These fees are to help with the cost of hosting the event.
We at the Carman 5 Pin Bowl follow the safe Sport Initiative. I/We Understand that no form of Bullying/Harassment/Discrimination will be tolerated. I/We understand if anyone conduct in such activities they will be asked to leave and no refund on the lane fees and donations will be given.
